Well, what should my topics be. That is a really good question. I'm really interested in Real Estate, but I don't really know what kind of technology is out there.
1. Different types of Rental management software that exists.
2. Don't really know anything about CMMS, so maybe that.
3. A commercial property management software?
I guess I don't really know what is out there because this isn't very specific. Maybe I'll ask the teacher for some help/direction.
